We understand that there may be circumstances where you may want to discontinue our services. To ensure a seamless experience, we offer a 5 \u2013 10 working days refund policy. Please review the following terms and conditions for our refund policy:<\/p><p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The services must be discontinued within 5 \u2013 10 working days from the date of the placement of your order to be eligible for a refund.<\/li><li>The amount of the product being returned should not exceed Rs. 10,000\/- for premium astrological services and Rs. 5 \u2013 100,000\/- for customized astrological services.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Non-Eligible Services:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Customized astrological services, which include personalized vaastu or astrogem profiles prepared in line with specific instructions from the customer, are not eligible for the 5 \u2013 10 days refund policy.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Return Process:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products within the 5 \u2013 10 Day Money Back policy.<\/li><li>The product should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and the Original\/Copy of the Invoice for all exchanges within the 5 \u2013 10 Day Money Back period.<\/li><li>In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the jewelry\/solitaire to the Lab for recertification.
