Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel any order placed, provided it has not been dispatched. In this case, you need to intimate Vedic Astrology Puja by e-mail (info@vedicastrologypuja.com) or call us with purchasing details as soon as the purchase is done.

Vedic Astrology Puja reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any product that is listed at an incorrect price. In case you are charged, the same shall be credited to your account (whichever is used at the time of purchasing the product) and duly notified by email.

You must use your own credit card for credit card transactions. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on you, and the responsibility to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you. In case you received an open or unsealed package from Vedic Astrology Puja shipping partners, please do not accept the shipment and intimate Vedic Astrology Puja to investigate the issue. Shipping within India: Vedic Astrology Puja offers free shipping on all orders within India. We deliver through safe & fast courier services like DTDC, Blue Dart, etc. We use Postal service for remote/rural areas where the courier companies have no service.

Dispatch Time: The time to get your order ready depends on whether it is to be studded in jewelry or certified by any Laboratory of your choice in addition to the Reputed Laboratory Certificate provided by us. It normally takes 4-5 days to stud the Gemstone into a jewelry piece. However, Loose Gemstone or Ready Items are dispatched the same day to 2 days from the day of the order.

Order/Shipment Tracking: You can track your order as we provide you the Tracking ID through email as soon as the order is dispatched from our end.
