5 – 10 Days Refund Policy

At Vedic Astrology Puja, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that there may be circumstances where you may want to discontinue our services. To ensure a seamless experience, we offer a 5 – 10 working days refund policy. Please review the following terms and conditions for our refund policy:

Eligibility:

• The services must be discontinued within 5 – 10 working days from the date of the placement of your order to be eligible for a refund.
• The amount of the product being returned should not exceed Rs. 10,000/- for premium astrological services and Rs. 5 – 100,000/- for customized astrological services.

Non-Eligible Services:

• Customized astrological services, which include personalized vaastu or astrogem profiles prepared in line with specific instructions from the customer, are not eligible for the 5 – 10 days refund policy.

Return Process:

• You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products within the 5 – 10 Day Money Back policy.
• The product should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and the Original/Copy of the Invoice for all exchanges within the 5 – 10 Day Money Back period.
• In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the jewelry/solitaire to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.

Refund Amount:

• The refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid.
• If any Coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes, as applicable.

Refund Process:

• In case of a refund on a 5 – 10 working days money back policy, payment of the refund amount shall be done by way of an online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 10 days of receipt of the product.
• If the mode of payment is through online debit/credit cards/net banking, the refund will be processed by the reversal of the previous transaction.
